I frequent this Popeyes weekly. They are pretty good with customer service but they do need some improvement. First off, they are very slow in the drive thru. Rarely are they ready to take my order even if there is no one in line. Yesterday, I waited almost 15 minutes just to place an order in drive thru and I was at the front of the line. They also are frequently out of certain items. Last week they had no chicken for sandwiches. Yesterday they were out of lemonade, pickles,...
The restaurant is very clean. All staff are very nice, they did a great job. They let me know they made my food fresh so that I would not have older wings. Marco was exceptionally great atcustomer service & went above and beyond. Thank you so much for hiring great people and having a great clean store with wonderful food. Love the chicken & esp red beans & rice.
This location is great. Food is always fresh, service is quick and the staff is friendly. The store has been remodeled and the kiosks are really easy to use. Best fast food chain in the country!
