The shift manager, Erin, was being just extremely off putting and lacked good customer service when I was just trying to enjoy my day. I did not appreciate the energy from her, or her employees who also were staring and whispering at me and my sister like I did anything wrong. You’re better off going somewhere else if you want to see happy employees.

Been to one Starbys you've been to them all for the most part. This location is very standard for a Starbucks. I ordered ahead and my coffee was ready when I got there. I will note that the parking lot and drive thru are small and narrow at this location since it's along a fairly bustling street. I could see how coming here during rush hour might be a pain. I arrived midday and my only issue was that it took me a moment to find the pick up spot for online orders. The baristas were very kind though and pointed me in the right direction. I was in and out in no time at all.

I ordered a grande matcha for $5.45. They filled it up with probably around 70% of the drink being ice. If you are charging $5.45 for a cup of ice I can no longer be a customer.

The barista in drive through was so kind to me and didn't know today was my birthday until I used my coupon.. and he told me happy birthday in the most genuine tone and said I hope you fun filled day.. it made my day ❤️? thank you !! Btw The pink drink is the best . The grilled cheese is soooo good . Best comfort food .

I am originally from the east coast. The staff here was very nice and welcoming. The space is nice and big and always has seats and outlets available to work if you need. WiFi speed is good enough to take work calls. The space and music is loud.
