I ordered DOUBLE STEAK nacho supreme AND it was NOT double steak.
The girl in the window taking payment was on her personal cell and she didn’t care to listen to me. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever seen!!! Is she getting paid to work or be on her cell phone??? I called her a “girl,” because she obviously doesn’t care about her job. She should be fired!!!
I hate going through the drive-through, but tonight I was in a hurry. This is my normal Taco Hell, but I guess I’ll have to open my food in the drive through and make sure it is what I paid and ordered.
If I were able to upload a picture I would show you, this is NOT What hate I paid for, while this girl is getting her paycheck.

They laughed when i pulled up on an EV ..then wanted to take my order as they mocked me and my hike even the manager....if you need someone to help run your atore properly let me know as i went to culinary school and ran restaurants for 20 years....this should be a huge embarrassment as i am reporting to taco bell as well with my already ,600k comments on til tok....cooked

Taco bell should stick to tacos. The chicken nuggets were over cooked and super dry. Although they did cook us new ones. Please, don't serve old fried nuggets. It's obvious it's been sitting there.

Everytime I go to this Taco Bell the experience is good specially during Mon- Fri. But today was amazing. I ordered 2 soft chicken cantina Tacos and they were fantastic the balance of the ingredients was perfect. I could taste they were made with dedication. Thank you whoever you are, keep up the good work. If it helps my order was through the app for pick up in store today 6/4/25 @ 11:52 am.

Taco Bell is my go-to spot for late-night cravings, lunchtime indulgence, or honestly, just a little edible chaos in the middle of my day. The Crunchwrap? A masterpiece. The Baja Blast? Iconic. But every time I’m there, a small part of me wonders… why no hot dogs?
Don’t get me wrong — I love the tacos, the cheesy things, the wild limited-time items that seem like dares come to life. But with all the creative energy in that kitchen, you're telling me not one hot dog? Not even a taco dog hybrid? Feels like a missed opportunity.
Still, I keep coming back. Because even without hot dogs — and again, why no hot dogs? — Taco Bell delivers on flavor, affordability, and pure fast food joy. I just think it’s time. Let’s talk hot dogs, Taco Bell. You’ve done Doritos tacos and Cinnabon delights. A Bell Dog feels inevitable.

I didn’t get Taco Bell for several years because every one I went to would give me meat/dairy regardless of the order being correct to reflect meat/dairy free. I’d say it happened about 75% of the time, and had an unfortunate couple experiences where I took a bite without checking inside and got meat as a vegetarian. I got tired of it eventually and gave up trying
However this location has not made a single mistake!! I really, really appreciate their attention to detail with orders modified to be meat-free.
