I didn’t get Taco Bell for several years because every one I went to would give me meat/dairy regardless of the order being correct to reflect meat/dairy free. I’d say it happened about 75% of the time, and had an unfortunate couple experiences where I took a bite without checking inside and got meat as a vegetarian. I got tired of it eventually and gave up trying
However this location has not made a single mistake!! I really, really appreciate their attention to detail with orders modified to be meat-free.

Breakfast is supposed to be served until 11am. I have came several times working 10:30 & they always say they are no longer serving breakfast for the day. So what’s the point in having breakfast hours if you’re not going to stick to them.

I was taking one of the grands for lunch and a movie, and this was her choice. The crunch tacos were awesome. The service was friendly, and the dining area was clean. Great experience ?
I walked in this evening and ordered a bunch of food. I didn’t see a lot of employees… but the ones that were there rocked it out. Wasn’t missing anything. Everything was made correctly. I appreciate to service from these fantastic employees tonight. $87 worth of food and I’m a happy customer. Your managers need to give you praise. Thank you all.
Do not go to this location. All the fried items (Mexican pizza, nachos, cinnamon twists) taste terrible: bitter & rancid. This is likely due to not changing their fryer oil frequently enough. I understand it's fast food, and normally I like Taco Bell, but this bad taste is overwhelming. I can't believe no one else has mentioned it. This is a recurring problem and not an isolated incident.

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service!!!!!!!!I placed an order online, and tracked it until it said it was ready for pickup. I get to the store only to be told that my order was canceled because they couldn't some of the items I ordered. Apparently they didn't have the proper ingredients.I never received an order cancelation notice. I asked how I would get a refund since the funds were taken out of my account. The staff member said I would have to do that online and provided no guidance. They then just walked away leaving me to search for how to request a refund.

Most Taco Bell locations are terrible these days but this one is a joke. They are ALWAYS out of something. Literally every single time I’ve tried coming here. The one time I actually decided to place an order (although wasn’t what I was wanting but apparently they were entirely out of tortillas) and they got the order wrong. Surprised this one has stayed open as long as it has.
