HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE Service!!!!!!!!I placed an order online, and tracked it until it said it was ready for pickup. I get to the store only to be told that my order was canceled because they couldn't some of the items I ordered. Apparently they didn't have the proper ingredients.I never received an order cancelation notice. I asked how I would get a refund since the funds were taken out of my account. The staff member said I would have to do that online and provided no guidance. They then just walked away leaving me to search for how to request a refund.

Most Taco Bell locations are terrible these days but this one is a joke. They are ALWAYS out of something. Literally every single time I’ve tried coming here. The one time I actually decided to place an order (although wasn’t what I was wanting but apparently they were entirely out of tortillas) and they got the order wrong. Surprised this one has stayed open as long as it has.

Great service at this location. I came late at night and they were out of red sauce, but the guy (Dylan or Calvin) I think was his name said they would sub extra chicken in the burrito instead. Excellent service for the customer.

This is the worst taco bell ... service sucks ( drive thru)...& there ALWAYS OUT of somthing!.. went for breakfast out of syrup for coffee,.. got craving Nachos gave a smaller size then normal claimed its the same it wasn't, I back up complaining... & asked where's the Guacamole!... "Where out"... didn't say nothing prior!.. never again!.. Dont go to this place!..

I decided to stop at a local Taco Bell to grab a bite to eat . It was a carry out visit. When I walked in I sensed something was not right. There were two men standing near the counter and another who walked in steps ahead of me. Neither had a smile on their face and the gentleman who was in front of me made a comment about stopping here being a mistake. after waiting for someone to take my order for a couple of minutes a team member named "Ricky" came to the counter with 4 cups in his hand and offered the cups to each of us at the counter as a token of them being sorry for the lack of service. His eyes were glossy and honestly I thought he was stoned. He indeed looked under the influence of something. He finally took my order and I paid him. Then it took another 10 minutes of waiting for the order to get completed and bagged. The young lady who brought my order to the counter read the order out to me but it was missing an item. I brought it to her attention that the order was incomplete so she walked away and gave the bag to another teammate. His name was "Cyrus" and he approached me about my concern and told me I would need to pay for the additional items that was missing from the order. He could have instead offered me an apology for my wasted time and the fact that his fellow teammate made the error and not me. I thought about it for a moment and made a decision to get a refund and go to another location. He then walked away from me asking Ricky how to process a refund. Ricky walked back to the counter and mumbled a few things then I asked him for his store manager info and he pushed my bag of food back towards me and I said I do not want it. He then made a comment about what is he supposed to to do with the food...waste it? I said that's his choice but please process my refund so I could leave. Then Cyrus walked back over making a feeble attempt to show compassion to me. I left. I would never go back to this location as long as they employee people of this caliber.

Employees dressed like their dirty clothes are appropriate, the order was wrong, I've never had a taco with no meat.this is not a place for me and my family.

The food was great! I got then Mexican pizza meal. Its my go to and I love it! My only problem at this location is that they never have any unsweetened tea. The only options for diabetics are diet Pepsi and Baha Blast zero. I don't care for either of these options.
