I'm a huge fan of Thai food. I eat a lot of it throughout the week. Also, I travel a lot for work and so I get many different kinds of Thai throughout the country. Thai Orchid is a very solid restaraunt. Their atmosphere is inviting and cozy. The workers and chef are as friendly as could be.The food is very good. It's consistent and the ingriedents taste fresh. I believe their chef is from Thailand and the ingriedents are as close to authentic as you can get outside of Thailand (I learned some of this in a cooking class that they host every so often). Overall, very solid food. I highly recommend giving them a try.

I was here several years ago, haven't been back. I came for lunch today. Food was great! I recommend the red curry. You can chose your protein, great idea! The service was wonderful, helpful, pleasant. Calm atmosphere, good wine selection. It was a very pleasant experience, I will be back.Parking: Lot is shared with other businesses

I am incredibly impressed! Kaitlyn was our server and she exceeded expectations with a joyful attitude the entire time. Not only was she clearing all the tables, greeting customers promptly and cheerfully, running her own food, and answering the phone- she was also making all the drinks!Everything was delicious; I especially enjoyed the yellow curry! Will definitely be going back soon.

Came to check this place out because I was visiting my friend in KC, and we were craving some Thai food. I always order drunken noodles (pad kee mao) to judge a Thai place. I also got a Thai tea as well. The food was pretty good, and the portion was big enough for me to take home some leftovers. We came on a Monday night, and it wasn't too crowded.
My date got the duck. I got the chicken pad thia. Soooooo yummy! We also started off with the steamed dumplings. They were so good as well. Can’t wait to go again. 10/10

Food was amazing, the star of our meal was the soups. Tried both the Tom Kha and Tom yum, heavily recommend both. The other star was definitely Hayden, who hosted us (and was spot on with our estimated wait time), was attentive to all the tables, wonderfully kind and welcoming, and was cleaning tables as soon as customers were out the door. He deserves a shout out, but the whole staff was great especially on such a busy (full dining room) lunch. Definitely try Thai Orchid!

I loved it! My only complaint is that we waited 10 minutes for menus and another 15 before we got our drinks. However, everything we had was delicious, and every staff member was kind and friendly even though only waitress was literally running to get everyone taken care of. She deserves a raise and some more help!

Nice quaint Thai restaurant. The food was EXCELLENT and the prices are very reasonable.Their crab Rangoon is the best I've ever had and you should use the plum sauce the provide Werth them.It's worth the drive for us as this was a really great experience.
