“a couple of weeks ago we ordered 2 large pizzas both were burnt. we figured it was just a rare thing as we had never had issues but tonight we ordered 2 more large pizzas and both are burnt and dried out. I mean not just over cooked but black burnt!!!“

“The customer service at the Sandbox is superb! Went out to lunch with the boys and my sister. At the entrance Easton saw they had a grinch drink (but it was alcoholic 😵💫) anyway he wanted a grinch drink. When we sat down we asked the waiter if they could make him a virgin grinch drink. They explained the drink he saw they couldn’t make it virgin but they would make another special grinch drink for him. I completely didn’t expect that but am very grateful that they did that for him, it definitely made his day 💚“

“I ordered a pizza online it was special any pizza for $9.99. gave a time for pickup and went there to get it. They hadn't even started the pizza but the manager was great so you would only take a few minutes. So in 15 minutes or less I had a eight topping pizza for $9.99 it was hot and fresh ready to go“

“The manager Kristin was very helpful with communicating with me and giving me updates about my order. The store had loss power the morning of our event and we ordered Pizza Hut delivery. She gave me updates and was very helpful getting the order refund resolved.“

“love the pizza. But, ordered online tonight, got text saying order was out for delivery. waited an hour and no food. called store and was told it was marked for pick up, waiting in the warmer. canceled the order. not paying $35:00 for food that's been sitting in a warmer for an hour. soup for us tonight!“

“I love my local Pizza Hut. I never have to wait - everything is ready when they say it will be. Always delicious and hot. We recently had a birthday party and ordered 12 pizzas total (I think). Ready when we asked for it - everything perfect as always.“
