The Local Table in North Newton is a special place in the bluestem community, serving amazing and delicious food made fresh from scratch. The atmosphere is great in a beautiful building. Many find it the best breakfast in Newton, with tasty options like pumpkin soup, French toast, pancakes, and the biscuits and gravy breakfast with potatoes and eggs. Coffee and orange juice are also very good. However, service can be inconsistent, with servers sometimes described as curt, impolite, or forgetful of items like syrup. Despite this, the excellent food makes for a highly recommended experience.
