“We attended a private event for approximately 50 guests at Austin's on Lone Elm this weekend. The taco bar was quite tasty, and stocked repeatedly for our group as needed. While the party was fun, it was ever more memorable due to our two servers, Mikaela and Jeremy. These two were so fun, exuberant and hard working professionals. Their constant smiles while keeping up with the drink orders with precision was fantastic! They were go getters from the start and made an already fun day even better. Great employees, good food, thank you Austin's Lone Elm for a great experience!“

“This is the 3rd time I’ve been to this Burger King. I’m not a fan of fast food, so this is one of the few places I will go to. I order the Whopper Jr meal. The food is always fresh and hot, including the french fries. The service at the drive-through window is outstanding! The employees are very pleasant and respectful! “The chicken fried chicken was very good - the chicken was tender and the breading was crispy and delicious. I swapped the corn for fresh green beans with bacon. The garlic mashed potatoes and gravy complimented the chicken. The servers were around several times to make sure we had everything we needed. The atmosphere was lively, but it was loud.“

“Working with Corey and Maddy was so easy, especially with our quick turnaround time. They arrived onsite right at 7 PM ready to serve guests at 7:30 PM. Their process to getting all 85 guests served in a timely manner was flawless and the food absolutely amazing (people are STILL talking about it)! “The Olathe location by Maj R Thrift was great! Food was great, the facility was pretty clean for fast food, and the people were fantastic. My mom forgot her purse and we called to tell them we were heading back but it was over a 20-minute drive and they found it and put it in a safe location and we're really kind of about it.“

“Oh my goodness. Where do I start? This place is sooo good!! Had hot chocolate and it tasted amazing! Food: Belgium Waffle side of fruit, it was fresh and amazing!! I always go here with my grandpa and always hits the spot!!

“While several other locations are hiring only one ethnicity and barely speak English this location is very diverse and I’ve had no issue with all of the employees ability to speak and understand English. The customer service is great, and the food is usually fresh. By far the best location in this town..“

“Most times when I visit this place, it's mediocre like any fast food joint, but this time , the fries were fresh, they were salted evenly, the burger was fresh, the cheese was actually yellow not that burnt orange color, and the nuggets were perfectly golden brown, I don't expect this everytime out of fast food , but the shift working today did a good job and I'm glad since they had to wait on the fries, they went ahead and made the whole order fresh, that's efficient thinking, and that's what customers notice. I felt like I got what I paid for this time“

“Erika the manager is AWESOME! She is working hard to change this place around. It is quiet and not very busy during the day, I enjoyed the atmosphere. Food looked EXACTLY like the pix on the menu and tasted delicious. My waitress was polite and nice. Erika took care of me due to a previous bad experience I had and made everything right. Don't give up on them. As long as Erika is the manager u will b in very good hands. Way to go Erika and team! I appreciate the excellent service, food and amazing job!“

“This is my closest Wendy's so I come here very often for my spicy nugz. I've never had a significant issue with the food quality or accuracy. My only issue with this location is that service speed is very slow. More often than not they ask me to pull forward ahead of the drive thru window while they get my order ready. Even if I order on mobile ahead of time it doesn't seem like the system allows them to start prepping ahead of me arriving. That said I'll continue coming here for my Nugz.“
