“Had a bad experience about a week ago. Pizza came an hour late, was cold and hard as a rock, and one of the boxes fell apart spilling pizza everywhere. Called and spoke with the manager JR. He was extremely apologetic and offered to rush replacements. We had already waited so long and kid were hungry, so I asked to credit me. They were short staffed and having issues with their boxes. Just called to redeem the credit and got JR again. He was again very apologetic and not only got my two pizzas, but didn't charge me for some add-ons I placed. Running a business, you're going to have bad days and unhappy customers. However I believe it's about how you handle it. This guy's customer service skills are on point and I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to deal with the stress. He was multitasking both times I called and just rolled with it. Took what would have been zero starts to five!“
“We had a great experience at this Domino’s! We’re from out of town and were running by to get a quick pizza and it was Saturday around 5:30 PM. The order was prepared very quickly, and it was probably one of the best Domino’s pizzas I’ve ever had. The crust was cooked perfectly. There were lots of ingredients and lots of cheese and the staff was friendly! Not sure why this Domino’s has such a low rating because we were very impressed!“
