so much for "freaky fast".. I've ordered delivery from this location 2 times and each time it has taken AT LEAST an hour to get to me.. i only order from work when i don't get the chance to leave. the second time i ordered from there, i watched the delivery tracker online and even after an hour of waiting, it still had not left for delivery. i called the store and they said they would send it right out. I’m completely blown away by the lack of customer service I received today. I ordered from the app for delivery this afternoon like I do several times a week when I can’t get away from work. 2 hours go by and no sandwich. I called the restaurant to find out why and they gave me several bogus excuses. I talked to a girl who claimed to be the manager. She said she would send my order right out.
