Papa John's in Olathe

“1st good experience here in months. Got 2 pizzas and 2 chicken parm bites. Had a problem last few times with them not putting the garlic butter on I checked those and they didn't, took em in the manager apologized and mentions they have a few new people as he's getting the butter he asked another to grab the cheese sauces that were missing (important since the wife likes the dip) I didn't even notice. Once we got home and opened the pizzas realized 1 was wrong pepperoni not pineapple called the store and spoke to the manager again. He was very apologetic and professional ? he even had the correct pizza delivered to us. Previous experiences management would argue basically calling me or the wife a liar but my man working 10/1 knows how to treat customers. Big shout out and thank you“

“Order carry-out from here on a recent Saturday and had no issues. I placed my order online and it was ready before I got there - but was still hot and fresh. I ordered 4 pizzas, a Papadia, and the new Twix bites. No one had any complaints about the pizza and everything tasted pretty good. The staff was friendly enough and the store wasn't dirty. Overall, I have no complaints and would order here again. And maybe we just got more lucky than some of the other negative reviews.“
