Wendy's in Olathe

“This is my closest Wendy's so I come here very often for my spicy nugz. I've never had a significant issue with the food quality or accuracy. My only issue with this location is that service speed is very slow. More often than not they ask me to pull forward ahead of the drive thru window while they get my order ready. Even if I order on mobile ahead of time it doesn't seem like the system allows them to start prepping ahead of me arriving. That said I'll continue coming here for my Nugz.“

“Today, I stopped by Wendy’s craving a Combo #2, but when I checked my wallet, I realized I was a little short 😅 Luckily the cashier was super kind and suggested another option that fit my budget without sacrificing quality. From the moment I walked in, I noticed how clean the place was like way cleaner than any McDonald’s I’ve been to.

I went with a Baconator and it was an excellent choice. The beef was juicy, the bacon was crispy and the bun was soft, with the perfect balance of cheese and sauce. The fries were also well-cooked-not greasy like in other fast food places, a great experience both in terms of service and food.“

“Jim as well as the black fella who’s also a manager, I think; regardless are both great managers that run tight ships; it’s clear to see, anytime me and my kids or my friends meet me here.Always like to come here because it’s always clean; and anytime either of those two guys are working; we know our food will be hot; and we’re going to be 100% taken care of, been coming to this Wendy’s, as well as the one over by the corpse of the Great Mall, off of Hamilton Circle in Olathe; for several years.It was trash before these guys got in; ever since they both have been around, though-anytime I have had a problem; they take care of it right away, and make sure all is all before we leave out.Definitely wish we had more of these guys around at OTHER places I like to go….! ??Salute to Jim and the other fella; I don’t know his name—but he’s hella cool; and also Lillian is newer than them; but I believe that is the other managers name. She is great at taking care of my VERY over complicated orders.She gets a internet high five too.Would recommend-5/5
