“Dylan and his staff were so incredibly welcoming to us when we arrived 13 minutes before closing time; we’d been traveling all day and were desperately looking for food. While I know we must’ve been a huge pain in their side as they were trying to close NOT ONE SINGLE employee gave us dirty looks or complained.I heard conversations in the kitchen with the cook who’d JUST finished cleaning off their grill. When told that they had to fire it up again, there was no complaint or huffing. They served us delicious food that wasn’t thrown together in frustration like other places would do.This Applebee’s should be used (and recognized as) a prime example to corporate of what EXACTLY 5 star customer service is. This team here went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful.Dylan, Applebees should feel fortunate to have you as their employee; kind and patient workers like you who’ll still help others despite it being closing time are incredibly rare to come across. “Great food but unfriendly or very shy staff. I am old school, when I go thru a drive thru, I expect a greeting, when I get to the window to pay, I expect a greeting....and a than you, when my food is delivered I expect a good bye, thank you, love you 'mean it'.....I get, "start your order when ready ", window to pay " repeat what I owe.....hands back card, " need your receipt? " and food is handed. You can do better DQ“
“I’m cautiously optimistic about this Freddy’s. In the past (about 6 visits)the restaurant was dirty, food cold or prepared ahead, service was par at best. On Christmas Eve I drove through the drive through and thought I’d risk it. I was delighted! Food was hot and fresh and service was perfect (napkins and ketchup in bag)!Please keep this standard up! The change was notable!“
“Another bad experience. The guy who took my order was dirty, sloppy and rude. Don't think he wanted to be there but we gotta work. Took them almost 30 min to get my order, which was only 5 chicken strips. I just got my order and got out of there. Won't be going back“
“Hadn't been in a long time. Tho they were not busy the majority of tables were dirty. No one in the lobby cleaning them. The food was hot. No ketchup dispenser only a picnic bottle and it was so dirty I wouldn't touch it. I asked for packets. Floors needed mopped for sure.“

“I recently went through the drive through window I saw a young person delivered food to a car. Then my order was ready, he apologized to me for it taking so long. He was the only one thar showed up to work. He is an awesome young man. Thank you for my sweet tea.“
“Tonight we went in for dinner and the boys had their own gift cards from Christmas to use. They both went up and ordered their meals and the guy behind the counter was great with them. Then after they ate they wanted to get some ice cream for dessert so went back up with their cards and when they were going to order the guy helping them gave them their ice cream for free. They loved it so thank you for the great service.“
“My wife and I were in town to visit our son who attends Ottawa University. We had been wanting to stop here for a meal every time we came to town but for some reason, we never did. Well today, we did and what a meal it was. The restaurant is very clean. Games on the tv's and the service was fantastic. Our server was awesome. Shame on me for not having her name. She was extremely attentive. We never had to wait for a refill on our beverages and she was very polite. The food, was amazing. My wife, my son and his girlfriend all agreed. Unfortunately we waited until our last evening in town to eat here. I can't wait for our next visit. For those wondering, I had the Panther Mac Attack with bacon and grilled chicken. DELICIOUS! This place is awesome.“
