, we arrived at 8 minutes till closing time, with a car load of people. The three young men provided EXCEPTIONAL service, had great attitudes, and were fun to visit with. Normally don't see that, that close to closing time. When it time for raises, those young men deserve it. ???“

“It's fast food, not filet mignon, lobster, and caviar, but it's better than McD's, BK, HarD's, and most other fast food restaurants. Their ice cream, and especially their Blizzards, is better than other fast-food joints. One that comes to mind is another fast-food restaurant that has a poorly executed knockoff of the Blizzard. Just because you copy the idea of a Blizzard and call it a Blast does not make the imitation Blizzard an actual blast.

The girl who took my order was great! Super helpful, seemed like she would bend over backwards for the customer, and truly had the mindset of enjoying her job... or she was flirting. Either way, I was much happier when I left than when I got there. So yeah she got a tip.

I was the only customer inside so the atmosphere was calm and quiet. Introverts would like it. I know I enjoy not having to shout for my order to be heard (Chipotle comes to mind). 4 stars for the atmosphere since some people enjoy the loud chaos rather than calmly speaking and having a short but enjoyable one-on-one chat with the human being taking my order. I'd go back just for that. On the other hand, the drive-thru had a lot of customers so it wasn't as if they weren't getting plenty of business. My order came out fast even with a busy drive-thru though.“

“Hadn't been in a long time. Tho they were not busy the majority of tables were dirty. No one in the lobby cleaning them. The food was hot. No ketchup dispenser only a picnic bottle and it was so dirty I wouldn't touch it. I asked for packets. Floors needed mopped for sure.“

“Dylan and his staff were so incredibly welcoming to us when we arrived 13 minutes before closing time; we’d been traveling all day and were desperately looking for food. While I know we must’ve been a huge pain in their side as they were trying to close NOT ONE SINGLE employee gave us dirty looks or complained.I heard conversations in the kitchen with the cook who’d JUST finished cleaning off their grill. When told that they had to fire it up again, there was no complaint or huffing. They served us delicious food that wasn’t thrown together in frustration like other places would do.This Applebee’s should be used (and recognized as) a prime example to corporate of what EXACTLY 5 star customer service is. This team here went above and beyond for us and we were so grateful.Dylan, Applebees should feel fortunate to have you as their employee; kind and patient workers like you who’ll still help others despite it being closing time are incredibly rare to come across. “These guys went above and beyond. I showed up near closing time with my dog, who wouldn't stop barking while they took my order - didn't even phase them. Not only did they give me fresh fries, but they brought out chicken nuggets for my dog. Food was good and ready quick!“

“I drove 250 miles to get to Hardee's for a lunch sandwich. (Hardee's where I started my day was serving breakfast.) Trevor the manager on duty took my order. I watched him interact with the previous customer, he gave top notch customer service. Then it was my turn. Trevor was so pleasant and friendly. I appreciated his professionalism. Food was super fresh and no better sandwiches out there. Love the sourdough buns. Visit was on August 11, 2024 at about 2:30 PM“

Parking: Alot of times there is 1 spot open. Because it's so good. So watch out!“
