My daughter ordered a banana split & found 3 hairs in it. Called the store to let them know that we found hair in her banana split. The person on the phone asked us to bring it back (did not have a problem with that) he was trying to insinuate that we put the hair in it. I took the banana split back & let the manager know that we found 3 hairs in the banana split. She told me that it did not come from them. She also tried to blame my daughter or that someones hair fell into it...read full review
