The dishes, all of them, were plated beautifully and tasted great. It was one of our favorite dinners there and we've been to many. Our waiter was very friendly and attentive. His name was Fabio, I think.
We truly enjoyed every moment of this experience! The food was outstanding and our server was trying his best but the whole idea here is to learn the restaurant craft! Don't miss this opportunity! Can't wait until next year's offerings!
This place is fabulous. Probably half the price you'd pay at a high end restaurant for top quality food & presentation. AND, it helps educate our next generation in a productive field.
