I love the rotating menu and ability to skip weeks when I need to. The protein is incredible, veggies so fresh, and everything is so well balanced and tasty. Kitch makes it easy to get nutrients and vitamins without compromise and as a Celiac with a strict gluten free diet, I can’t thank Kitch enough for making food easy and enjoyable!“

“The people who work there are amazing. They remember your name, your order, and everything you tell them. I go in and have conversations that they remember. So great personal/social skills. The product is great. I get mainly teas I love Tropical Island. But I also love the monthly menus. I always stock up on to go Teas. I make them at home every morning. It’s the best tea shop. People rave about the protein shakes. Also they have special events where they have protein bowls. Love this shop and you will too.“

“Fitstyle Foods is hands down the best food prep place around!! Ingredients are always fresh, portion sizes are larger than other meal prep places we have tried so you get more bang for your buck, food tastes SO good. The flavor of everything really stands out and some of the food tastes gourmet! We switched to this meal prep place after getting tired of paying so much for small portions from a competitor company who's food was so bland. I am so glad we made the switch. Customer service is always wonderful and we love that it is family owned. Highly recommend this place!!“
