Food was ok. Definitely overcooked. Unfortunately after paying and leaving a 15 percent tip for our lunch, my wife looked at the receipt and pointed out they had added it to the bill gratuity to the bill. She had taken her own tip. I had seen the sign gratuity is added for parties of 6 or more. It was just the two of us. Service was not bad but did not deserve a double tip.

Very disappointed, been going here for a while but after tonight I will never go again. Food was over cooked made me sick to my stomach. Never again.

We had an amazing time at Hook & Reel celebrating my 12-year-old son’s birthday! The food was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious, but what really made the experience unforgettable was the outstanding service. Our server, Jeremiah, went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect—he was attentive, kind, and made us feel so welcome. Manager Tony also stopped by to check in, which added a great personal touch. The team truly made the celebration special. Hook & Reel is a fantastic spot, and we’ll definitely be back. Be sure to ask for Jeremiah for an incredible dining experience!

Dietary restrictions: Me (mom!) is allergic to shellfish - and our server made sure to let me know various options!

Wheelchair accessibility: My mother recently had knee surgery and the layout of the restaurant was very smooth and accommodating for her to move around.
