“It is an Ihop so you pretty much know what to expect already, but I'll say the cooks have their game together. The food is always prepared promptly and with skill. There are typically a bunch of weird patrons and listening to the conversations of the guests is the best entertainment you will get here. I honestly prefer this place to a bunch of the more "upscale" brunch places around town. What you get for the money is worth it and it is promptly delivered instead of an hour long wait at other places.“
“Our waitress was amazing the food was delicious and the service and environment was beautiful…. I don’t go to I hop where I live in Olathe because their just so down hill but this Overland Park location was very well managed and the food was quick and hot 🤤“
