Great service. Great food. Refill your own coffee at your table. There were 2 different groups of people who seem like regulars, sitting in the corner who were all talking very loudly. Kind of annoying.

My husband and I chose to eat at IHOP in Overland Park, Kansas, but I'm writing because I want to emphasize that while the food is very good, the atmosphere created by this gentleman, Oscar, is excellent. My husband enjoys talking to him in both Spanish and English; he always greets us with a warm smile, and his attentiveness and kindness make us want to return to that restaurant.
