This cafe located in Lighton Tower serves salads, sandwiches, soups, and breakfast. My ham and egg croissant was made to order by the chef after I placed my order and paid (cash or credit) at one of the kiosks. The size was generous, and the croissant was flaky and delicious. The price was reasonable, while the service was courteous, and professional. This is a very good choice if you find yourself in Lighton Tower.
