The last 3 of my drive thru orders were incorrect. So this time I decided to walk in and place my order. The Young gentleman that took my order had zero personality didn't communicate at all. Got my meal completely wrong. Thankfully the manager came and corrected my burger and added my drink and french fries that I paid for to my meal. Just keep giving this location a chance and they keep messing up not sure what's going on over there.

They let kids run the drive-thru that think it's funny to play with people's food to the point to where I had to get out of my car and come inside luckily the person on the drive-thru speaker was clearly an underage child or the interaction could have gone much worse I suggest you find new people. This isn't the only place we have to eat there's another McDonald's a few blocks away putting up with teenage bull crap telling you that you can't order this can't order that Knowing damn well that I've been eating at McDonald's for over 20 years and can and then want to be smart alec about it to the point where I've got to get out of my car and come in. Where's McDonald's in our area!

App took the order, no one ever made it, had to contact support to get a refund. Huge waste of time.
This might’ve been the single grossest McDonald’s I have ever entered. I was in the store for about 60 seconds to pick up my mobile order and saw two spilled drinks left on the floor, dirty napkins and trash on a multitude of tables, and the drink station was a total disaster. Like I’m talking dried ketchup and spilled drinks on the counter, sticky floor, napkins and lids strewn about… It was actually nasty. I was only in there long enough to fill up my coke and grab my order and leave, and it was so gross I nearly lost my appetite.
Certainly will not be returning to this McDonald’s, I hardly trusted my food to be safe to eat.

Did the Big Mac shrink? They might as well rename it the "Small Mac!" That thing has gotten tiny. Customer service was subpar and I don't anticipate returning here any time soon.
