The bagels have a bit of a chew but are made fresh. Customers highly recommend the salted filet. The space could benefit from extending and having 2 registers, and a sign that clearly outlines drink choices would be appreciated. Despite a long line, customers are usually able to get in and out within 30 minutes. While there have been a few instances of items being unavailable, the restaurant has been responsive in making it right. Overall, this place is phenomenal, bringing an authentic East Coast bagel experience to the Great Plains.
