They always serve up delicious food👌🏾. I drive 40 minutes each way for Mr Gyro’s to make sure I get some great Greek food.

The best Dolmades ever! They're served warm w/ lemon wedges. I ordered 3 Dine-in, and a plate of 12 to go. They're even amazing reheated!

Mr. Gyros absolutely understood the assignment. Everything was hot, fresh, juicy, and actually tasted like someone in the kitchen cared, which is apparently rare enough now that it deserves a public thank-you and possibly a small parade.

The gyro was packed, flavorful, and not dry at all. The meat was juicy, the pita was soft, and every bite tasted fresh instead of like it had been sitting under a heat lamp contemplating its life choices. The food came out hot, the portions were solid, and the whole meal hit exactly how I wanted it to.

Definitely one of those spots where you take one bite and immediately forgive humanity for a few minutes. 5 stars.

Healthy food, great customer service, and fast service.

I asked for Greek rice bowl. And it was almost empty of rice, grilled chicken and gyros. Full of tomatoes. So disappointed. 3, 4 years ago It used to be full in bowl with good quantity of rice, good sized of grilled chicken and gyros. But the put a lot of tomatoes to make you think is full. And their sauce is full of oil.

I have been eating there since I was 14 years old and I am now 49 years and it’s the only Greek restaurant I eat at. My brother comes in town from DC , drive straight from the airport to eat his favorite food in KC! He also takes it home to DC on the air plane ! He can’t find anything like it with the quality and taste of the real deal here:).

I placed a to-go order using the phone number listed for the Mr. Gyros 135th St. location on Yelp. When I arrived six minutes before closing, they said they had no record of my order. It turns out the phone number listed connects to their Metcalf location. I had even confirmed twice during the call that I was ordering from the 135th St. location because I was picking up dinner for my kids. Since the issue was caused by the incorrect phone number on their Yelp listing and I was there before closing, I asked if they could still make the order. They refused. Unfortunately this meant my kids ended up with no dinner since everything nearby was already closing. Very disappointing customer service and a problem that could easily be prevented by fixing the phone number listed online. Warning: do not trust anything is correct online for this restaurant or be prepared to be disappointed.

I just had Mr Gyros delivered to my house for lunch. Absolutely the most fresh, delicious food I have ever had delivered. The spicy tzatziki sauce is outstanding! Nice job Mr Gyros! Highly recommend!

Chicken plate is a go to.
