Lisa the manager has been extremely accommodating. We had an issue with a past order by no mistake to Pizza Hut, the DoorDash driver refused to give us our paid order. There was a lot of confusion and the dasher had a language barrier but Lisa helped make sure we were taken care of as well as the dash driver. Truly incredible customer service and I can’t be more thankful. We need more people like Lisa in this customer service position, with understanding and kindness!
Placed a pretty good sized order for our shop and when we got there they were a little behind due to a order before us that had ordered 40 pizzas. Lisa and Mike were felt bad and to make up for it they gave us two free 2 liter bottle of pops. They truly went above and beyond with their customer service and because of their kindness we will forever use this location. Thank you for hiring such incredible staff.
