The cheese fell off every slice of pizza! The cheese was extremely chewy and hard to swallow. Was not expecting this from a place with a 4.7 rating! We did get thin crust. Very greasy. Also got the chicken Parmesan and that was so overcooked it also was hard to chew but it did have good flavor. Probably won’t come back.

Pizza tasted great, but it was cut into 16 pieces. Several pieces were extremely small, which I do not understand. Just cut it into 8 pieces like normal . Sandwiches were delicious, but they forgot our onion rings.

Great Chicago style pie, but be prepared to wait. Ordered 18 plus hours before the big game and still waited another 20 minutes. It was hot and fresh, best Chicago style in KC!

It is very frustrating when you order online and are watching their “app” that is supposed to tell you when your pizza is ready. Then arriving 15 minutes before your scheduled pick up time to find your pizza done and sitting there.And the app still doesn’t say it is ready. And remembering that maybe this is why you only ordered there one time a while back.

Food was hot and delivered on time. Lasagna was excellent but the chicken parmigiana was a bust, the chicken was tough and the dish is basically 95% pasta.
Not quite Giordano’s, but by far a great pie!! Very fresh tasting sauce great crust. Phenomenal value!!

Pizza was very good. The staff in the restaurant is excellent. Delivery person is terrible and confrontational for no reason. The only reason for 4 star instead of 5 star rating

I come in pretty regularly to try and get the $5 Slice and Drink combo (from 11-3pm) and it doesn’t matter if i show up at 12 or 1, they just never have slices ready, and when i ask if they are done making them for the day the answer is usually always “yes, we are done for the day. This consistently happens at like 1-1:30 so I just stopped coming here. Pizza is really good but if you can’t hold up your end of things, ill just go to someone that can!
