I would suggest repeating a customer’s order back when it’s taken to make sure it’s correct. I have been to this location twice. The first time I ordered food and a drink, the drink was completely forgotten and didn’t offer to make it. The second time, the girl making the drinks was very rude. They misunderstood my order and made 3 drinks - I wanted one drink with one of the shots decaf. Then I asked for no whip, it had whip. Did they offer to remake? No, I got an attitude.
