Shift manager was extremely rude. I have been a loyal customer for YEARS at multiple locations and have never been treated the way I was today in this location. Was told they couldn’t put my drink in a bigger cup .. yet I’ve been doing this for YEARS. District manager should be following up because this is not okay! Do not go to this location if you prefer to customize any part of your drink. They won’t honor it and the manager will tell you it’s against their policy....read full review
