Worst drive-thru experience I’ve ever had. On December 19, 2025 around 6:00 PM at the 8000 W 151st St location in Olathe, the employee took cash out of my hand without speaking, dropped my change out the window, and I had to get out of my car to pick it up. When I said it was wrong, he continued being disrespectful and then refused to give me the drink I had already paid for. Everyone has bad days, but this behavior was completely unacceptable.

they also cooked up the best taco bell burrito i have ever had, maybe best burrito of all time…

I was involved in a car accident at an intersection right in front of the Taco Bell at 8000 W. 151st St. in Overland Park store number 22928. Just after the accident happened the person in charge from that Taco Bell came out to check on everyone involved. She offered her dining area as a place that the police and people involved with the accident could have shelter out of the rain to do all of the paperwork. In addition to offering up her facility for our comfort, she offered the people involved something to eat and or drink to help calm the nerves. She supplied us with Taco Bell plastic carry out bags to empty any personal items from our vehicles. When everything was done and said, she wouldn’t allow me to pay for my burrito supreme. She and the two or three gentlemen in the store went out of their way to assist us and make sure we were well taken care of. I will make sure to stop in again just to experience the hospitality of these Taco Bell employees!

Ordered taco supremes to go. Shells were stale, about a tablespoon of meat and each one was less than a half inch thick. What happened, Taco Bell? Not a way to keep customers. Will not go there again.

Ordered 3 crunchy tacos at drive thru, pulled up to window gave her $6.60 for my order of $6.53 handed me the tacos, there wasn't any taco sauce in the bag asked for some & then she continued doing whatever I sat there a minute then got her attention & showed her my receipt that she owed me 7 cents in change never said sorry or thank you, definitely NOT friendly or courteous. Yet they think they deserve $15.00 an hour.

The staff is very friendly, and the place is nice and clean. However, if you dare to go there at lunch, be prepared to wait in the drive-through for over 20 minutes before you can place your order, and another ten or so to get your food. Update: The food is stale. Taco shells, and especially the Mexican pizza, have been made with stale tortillas on two separate occasions now.

The order was simple: 12 Cinnabon Delights. I received 12 hard as a rock, dried out items. I even tried not to be skeptical as I ordered and received these in less than 3 minutes after 10PM. I highly suggest you not go to this location based on these facts. Additionally, the woman who helped me at that time was not friendly.
