This is the second month in a row that 3 of my friends and I have gone to dinner at the Brass Onion. We have really enjoyed out experience from the Manager (?) to the support staff. Our waiter, Jake, this last time was absolutely awesome! We really enjoyed interacting with him. We also met a few folks, also dining, that evening which was awesome and made the whole experience better. The atmosphere was like a small community working together between patrons and employees! We will be back! Thank you so much!
Atmosphere was great! Our server was very attentive and our food came out in reasonable amount of time
Took my team for happy hour and dinner. They sat is immediately even though all of our group wasn't there yet. The service was very friendly and professional. Our drinks were out in no time and the appetizers were close behind. The timing on dinner was perfect as it can out shortly after we finished our appetizers. Our staff person was very attentive and we didn't have to ask for drink refills. The food quality was great. Everything was fresh, hot, and delicious! Overall a great experience for our small group. Would definitely recommend the Brass Onion!
We just can't get enough of that place! The specials were amazing. Never a bad meal, with a great vibe!
Lizzy did an excellent job, food outstanding! We split the Prime Rib Dip, had the Short Ribs & Beignet's for dessert..delicious!
With a reservation we were sat in a corner booth that was very tight to get into. The restaurant was relatively empty. Food was wonderful, waiter was attentive.
We had such a pleasant time last night. Our waiter was so very nice and our food was outstanding. I had Shrimp & Grits and I rate them as some of the very best that I have ever had, and my husband loved the fried chicken.
Brunch on a holiday weekend and not as crowded as we have seen it before, hence the lower noise level. Took my parents in their 90s here as we have in the past and the food selection as well as service were really great. Our server was very patient with them. Thanks so much
My salad and shrimp and grits were pretty good. However, service was slow, took over 25 minutes to get our first round of cocktails and similar time for the second round. One of the appetizers never showed up. It really took away from the experience.
Our first visit was very good! Loved the biscuit sliders, burnt ends, grits and the shrimp & grits. Service was excellent and we will definitely come back! I would NOT order the Basil Berry smash drink again. It was just overly sweet without much flavor. My husband enjoyed his drink though. Overall, VERY GOOD!

Amazing! Our fav restaurant! We were there for Alzheimer's awareness night and it was so much fun! Service and food was impeccable as always! 10/10 recommend.
This restaurant's food and service have tremendously declined over the years. Most of the staff is unfriendly and make you feel rushed and like you're inconveniencing them. Their prices have increased and the food's taste and selections have decreased. They've taken favorite happy hour drinks away and not thought about suitable replacements. I will not be frequenting this restaurant like I have in the past. The past few times I've gone there, I was thoroughly disappointed!!
Food was wonderful as always. Our waiter never came to check on us, we had to utilize other servicers for assistance.
This was my first visiting and I was very pleased with the quality of dishes/food. On the other hand, I was disappointed in the service my family and I received. I came here with a party of 20 to celebrate the life of a family member. Unfortunately, our waiter Daniel(White male) made the experience uncomfortable for us. We waited long periods and received very little service/feedback from him. Whenever we did get the chance to speak, we received stereotypical and snarky remarks. My partner was bumped in the head several times while bringing the food, we didn't get the same welcoming energy like we did from the hostess and other parties around us. It's unfortunate because I loved the food and hostess(Black female.) I also appreciate the young woman(White female) who pulled up the extra table and chairs for our party. I'd rather not point of every little detail about our service in this one post, it's already lengthy. Overall, thank you for allowing us to celebrate at your location!
As an extended family of eight gathered around the table, I was unsure how easily we could be served, however, the server was wonderful....everyone's food order perfectly prepared. Cranberry mimosas sweet, a bit tart...refreshing. Eggs Benedict, both traditional and salmon added to our brunch variety. Excellent cuisine.
