Lovely setting! Delicious food timed perfectly! Except I left a bag from the brain store at my table, that they say was not left and I should've been more attentive to my packages. I am on crutches at the moment due to a hip replacement so I should've been more alert to my items, but they also could've been a bit nicer at how they put it out there way they did. Was a bit rude. I was looking forward to tge dinner all day, but was crying when I got home. I will still go back, everyone has an off day. Was just disappointed with the response I received.

I’ve been a regular at this restaurant for a long time, and I’ve always enjoyed the atmosphere. Unfortunately, my experience with the Saturday morning bartender, Shannon, has consistently been disappointing.
Most recently, I sat at the bar and attempted to place my drink order, but he didn’t acknowledge or complete it. He appeared distracted, began cleaning and talking to himself, and then started eating behind the bar. He wiped his mouth with his hands and handled items without washing them, which felt very unsanitary. Instead of preparing my drink, he walked away toward the kitchen.
It was uncomfortable enough that I ended up leaving within the first 5 minutes that I sat down. This wasn’t the first time I’ve seen a lack of professionalism from Shannon, but it was the last straw. I love this restaurant, but the service at the bar in the mornings has become a real issue. I hope management takes steps to improve the customer experience.

The Brass Onion is our go-to restaurant for fried chicken. We've never been disappointed with our meal or service after a number of visits over the years. Another plus is the friendly and helpful service supplied by the staff.

First time customer. Went for lunch, and found the menu and food good. Our waitress was very attentive. However, the place needs some serious updating. The women's bathroom looked awful - stains all over the marble making it look dirty, dirty stalls. There were broken shades, tables full of dishes needing to be cleaned, and the floor under our table was disgusting.

Our server was awesome and what a Blessing for the couple that sat near us paid for our bill because my Dad is a Veteran. To the couple, thank you so much! Loved the music as well as the delicious food.
They seem to have a really difficult time telling you what items are included in certain menu items. I'm allergic to doing and my waitress didn't seem to understand that. Each time I order something and ask her did it have dairy in it she didn't know, when she came back she didn't bring what I had asked for. So I ended up not eating anything. It was very disappointing for me, I will never return

Went here for an event and all the food had less than desirable ingredients for me, heavy onion (go figure with the name) and multiple shrimp dishes (allergic). The couple things I could eat were tasty but just a poor sampling of food for me. That said, the wait staff was awesome!
