I had a wonderful waitress named Chevelle. She did an amazing job! She was friendly, and polite. The food was delicious! The bartender Halsey also did a wonderful job, very friendly. Loved the service we got on Valentines Day.

We had came in and sat down next to this older couple who had been waiting for quite some time already and we were served drinks and appetizers before their meals were brought to them and when it was it was simple orders one burger the other was soup and the bun on the burger was hard and the soup was Luke warm the service here is unacceptable by many standards

Food was great. If you sat where a waiter or waitress gave service, you received your drinks in a decent amount of time. If you are near the bar area you are ignored and forgotten... we waited 22 minutes for our drinks, got 1 refill after the meals were eaten, and never saw the bartender/waitress again. Very disappointed that we had to actively flag down random people to help us. If your bartender cannot do everything, then have someone to help her.

As a former employee, I can say the staff slacks off, a lot. The managers just sweep the bad under the rug, saying it won't be a problem, yada yada ya, all that. Food wasn't bad, but I had to wait until I was off work to get anything from there to eat, and even so, it took awhile. They also scheduled me often on days that I couldn't come in because I had obligations outside of work, then got angry because I was late. Um, had a problem with a customer, and it turned into an entire situation for no reason. Their solution was to remove me from their employee list, and was told it'd be better if I didn't return, and found another place to be employed or to dine at. I will give a resounding shoutout to Ariel and Halsey, and Miss Kim. Those 3 women were amazing to work with, very patient, kind, and understanding. Overall, I don't recommend this establishment unless new management and staff are employed.

Fries and mozzarella sticks tasted like they were sitting in warmer for a long time lukewarm at best nothing was fresh besides my chicken....there were maybe 12 guest there so they weren't busy not worth the price

Never got any food. Watched my waiter walk past our table twice before he even acknowledged us. Ordered drinks twice because Jared was not capable of sticking around to listen to our order. I ordered the appetizer at the same time as the food because Jared never asked. I had to call Jared back to the table to finish my order. I left before any food was ever delivered because it should not have taken that long to recieve chips and salsa. Jared was too worried about seating more people in his area than taking care of any of them. I am a regular to the point the ladies know my order. I will not be coming back to see Jared.

First, the bad. The Corporate people have decided in their infinite wisdom to have detailed descriptions and photos of all the mixed drinks but have NO PRICES listed anywhere. There is no possible explanation for this except to try and scam customers. It wastes EVERYONE'S time, not the least of which is their own overworked employees. The rest of the food was not particularly good or bad. Now for the good. ARIEL, the bartender, is an outstanding employee. If I decide to open up a high-end restaurant, she is the first one I am hiring. She is a blur of activity, while simultaneously taking care of everyone there, taking amazing care of all the customers, making them all laugh, greeting regulars by name, and engaging with everyone despite being very busy( especially having to answer questions on the many drinks without prices on the menu!) Ariel is really the only reason I did not walk out. I really dont want to support a company that intentionally gides prices from their customers. There is also the older manager who is just a genuinely nice and engaging person.
