The Playplace is wonderful! It's nice to have something for kids to do that's free. It has 2 slides, lots of climbing things, and a pogo stick. Area was mostly clean and loved having the A/C on.

It was the dirtiest McDonald’s I’ve ever been to. And the workers were pretending to work.They we’re sitting down in the booths, pretending to sweep up food. they came and cleaned up one table when clearly all the tables needed to be cleaned and swept underneath. it was disgusting.

Everything was going well until we pulled through to the drive thru. Lady who handed us our food was so disrespectful and refused to answer us when we asked about our sauce. She handed us our food and said “thank you”, we asked “hey, did we get the sauce in there too?” And in the rudest tone ever, repeated “thank you” and slammed the glass door closed!!! Night ruined!

Came to the drive through at 10:58 on 11/29th, I had just gotten off at 14 hour black Friday shift, no breaks no food all day, this is the only restaurant in Park City that is open at this hour, they told me they weren't serving food due to technical difficulties, even though they took my order at the drive through....I have been a loyal customer for years and I think it's just kind of messed up to do your clientele like that, we need a different franchise operator other than LANGE industries that will actually uphold the McDonald's corporate standard of being open during the advertised business hours

Avoid this particular McDonald's at all cost. Bad service, rude employees and cold food. The language used was vulgar and there was a woman in the kitchen was screaming at someone. Not a good vibe at all. I sure hope the owner isn't the reason for all this poor behavior. Wow, just, WOW!!!!

No cars in drive. No business what so ever when I pulled up I was told she couldn't hear because of the wind and to pull forward! I did so and a employee cleaning machines ignored me. Chick that told me to pull forward also ignored me as well! I'm diabetic and just got off of my 2nd shift job and couldn't get no service?! I won't ever come back here ever again and I will tell others to avoid this location as well because the service sucks!!!
