Ordered online and once I got there I had to wait 20 minutes for my food to be brought to me. The service would probably be better if the carhop didn't stand outside visiting when she delivered the orders

This is the slowest store I have ever seen. Having been in sonic management at one time, this is completely unacceptable. We were given 5 minutes to get a food order out but this store can’t get a drink order, made on the app, out in less than 10-15 minutes.

This place needs shut down. The managment acts like entitled children. I have witnessed the entire crew straight up ignore customers blaming the service buttons do not work and that someone stole the cone blocking that stall. Corporate really needs to come in and clean house. They always know when inspection people are coming what they drive what they are wearing and what they are going to order so of course the staff will do as they are supposed to. So corporate needs to be sneaky and get that store under control or shut it down. Ordered nothing because I never got answered at the stall. ONE SHOULD NOT HAVE TO ORDER IN THE APP FOR DECENT SERVICE OR EVEN TO BE WAITED ON. DO BETTER OR SHUT DOWN. I hear a guy named Tim Hamilton gets upset about bad reviews and complaints to corporate. Unfortunately those will continue until something SERIOUS is done about this store.

The person with the headset on for taking orders was outside leaning on a car talking to people who appeared to be her family. Kids running everywhere. We left. This location is struggling.

I only came to the location 3 times now. The first times were horrible, and the last I went, they were pretty quick to answer the red button..and the food was out faster than I expected for how busy they were.
Was completely ignored during my 45 minute wait after pushing the red button. I even went to the other side just in case the other side that I was at was not working properly. This was the second time that this has happened.

It's good enough most of the time but the food is almost always underdone or overdone. Seems like it doesn't matter to them, they'll still serve it. They are usually pretty nice but the food is just meh. If I'm really wanting sonic, I still try to avoid this one even though it's the closest one to me.
