It's good enough most of the time but the food is almost always underdone or overdone. Seems like it doesn't matter to them, they'll still serve it. They are usually pretty nice but the food is just meh. If I'm really wanting sonic, I still try to avoid this one even though it's the closest one to me.

1 drink usually takes about 15 minutes to get and if you are trying to get food I truly hope you don’t have a job to get back to cause even if it’s just you in the lot it’ll be at least 20 minutes and you can tell your food was done and ready 15 minutes prior. However I will mention Mackenzie probably needs a raise ONLY CARHOP to put in EFFORT

The lady couldn't hear me at all no matter how loud I spoke. So clearly there was an issue with the speaker, but when she realized she got my order wrong she was so rude to me. I just kindly asked if I could get the stuff I ordered and ahe gave me so much attitude and STILL didn't give me what j ordered. I started crying. There was no reason for her to be so rude to me. I ended up just leaving instead of getting everything fixed because she made me feel so bad. It's literally her job. And it was clearly a simple miscommunication. I wasn't being rude, she didn't need to be rude.

Honestly if I could leave no stars I would.... service is absolutely abysmal. 40 minutes 0 communication from them..... 40 minutes of them standing around. Then when something was finally said the explained. Safe to say I'm probably never coming back here. Also 0 compensation for wasting my time :)

Used to love this sonic but lately they take forever to even bring out drink orders from the app or answer the intercom I won’t be back and I used to go twice a week at least.

There is no public restroom here. I am driving across the country and stopped here for lunch. They refuse to let me use the restroom. I didn’t even think that it was legal for a restaurant to not have public bathrooms. Naturally I ordered my food before I found this out.

I really like the occasional Sonic onion rings and a burger. This time the food did not disappoint. It seems that they were very shorthanded and a lot of people showed up after I parked. The slow service for me was excusable I just rearranged my travels to accommodate the delay. The people who were working were doing double duty at the least.
