Placed and order and had it read back right, but didn't receive about 1/3 of the order and were told that we didn't order all that we did. And waited awhile to even get an answer in the first place.
We ordered over 30$ worth of items. The lady said they couldn’t take split payments. Even though I was there a week prior and they took a split payment. Don’t know if they were just being lazy or what. It wasn’t busy at all. Forgot to also give us our food and when we did get the food they got my drink wrong and forgot sauces. Really disappointed and would have rather gone to valley centers sonic !

So tired of going to Sonic when their not busy and then constantly getting our order wrong. The double bacon cheese burger we were supposed to get was a single cheese burger with no bacon on it and they didn't give us the cream cheese dip for the cinna snacks.
I’m convinced this is the best Sonic location in the Wichita area. Our food is always fresh, especially the tots (which is a huge win) and the servers are fast and super friendly! So glad this location is right down the road from us!

I placed an order online through the sonic app there was a hiccup with the online order when I checked in at the location. I got what I ordered then a few days later the manager went to my colleague to complain about me shorting them her daughter exactly. I called the store asking what she is talking about. She started complaining I shorted her daughter for the transaction and she had to take money out of her own pocket to make it right. The app does not allow cash transactions so I am confused how that happened. I offered to make it right but if i was paying for food i did not get i wanted the food(we are talking about 1 breakfast burrito.) The manager said she would just have to start watching "you people" Since this time the manager and staff have been rude towards myself and fellow colleagues making it uncomfortable for any of us wanting to do business there.
