I hate that I have to keep updating this review but they are so inconsistent! Today it's 15° and they have the ac on! My food was cold instantly. The order has double beans yet comes regular they say it's double but c'mon it's not. People are always friendly but their food preparation is lacking.

Very bad service, didn’t even know what was going on but they were with a very bad actitud, I got my Oder couldn’t even got to eat it they probably spit on my food. They are not even friendly .

My taco was broken into pieces, the shell tasted slightly chewy and the meat was stale.. my steak burrito was almost flat with hardly any filling, and the queso was lumpy and tasted weird. Yuck! 🤢
Went through the drive thru about 1030ish and ordered some food, proceeded to the window with a free meal coupon not knowing that I had to let them know, so the guy at the window told me to tell them know at the order screen ahead of time, I apologized and told them next time I have one that id let them know. One of the workers proceeded to walk up to the window, look me dead in the eyes and shake his head no and then walked away where he decided he was gonna mock my apology. The girl at the window literally had to apologize under her breath and then when I called it in the person on the phone denied that it had happened and that they had strict rules against that and that they guy wasn't talking about me and that was literally it.

I paid $14 for two burritos and a French fry. The food definitely does not match the price. The fries were cold, the chicken burrito was 3 pieces of chicken and a handful of lettuce. I basically just paid for an expensive tortilla.

Crap food for an outrageous price. I ordered two chicken chalupas without the shells, and this is what they gave me. Apparently this is worth $12. When I went back and complained, they just gave excuses that the shells were the main cost. When I explained the obvious, that I didn’t get the shells, she said that’s just the way it is. Crap food. Crap service. Horrible experience and I’ll never be back here.
