The night crew for this specific night was garbage lady that ran a window seemed nice, but couldn’t even give us the sauces we asked for they gave us a grilled burrito that was completely flattened when I’ve had that burrito several times, and I’ve never had an issue. Make sure you check your food before you leave.

Absolute rip off. Missing items on my order and they refuse to make it right! No reasonable explanation as to why, guy on the phone even agreed that it didn’t make any sense. Still would not resolve the issue.

Ordered on the app and picked up in the drive thru. This trip reminded me of why I stopped eating at Taco Bell. Poor quality for the price. The G2 fruit punch tasted like Kool aid without sugar, dumped it out when I got home. Was supposed to be without ice and it had ice. The crunchwrap wasn't crunchy at all. The chalupa was clearly made long ago as it was cold and chewy. The cheesy fiesta potatoes were actually good, but not enough for the price. Also received no hot sauce when I requested 4 on the app. and didn't get any napkins. It'll be a long time before I go back to Taco Bell, if ever.

I usually love coming here but I’m done. We came to get the BEEFY melt burritos and every time it’s mostly to all rice and no beef. We went to complain and they made us pay for the new burritos but they still came out the same! No beef and all rice when they are called beefy melt burritos and we even pay for extra beef. This place is ran by morons

They were out of mild sauce and guacamole the food was good but my friend's meal was just thrown together and she said it wasn't worth the money. The tables were dirty and there were a lot of employees with customers in at the time we were there and nobody came out to clean anything.

Haha have is our chalupas raw.Have the day y’all deserve for real! Everyone messing up my food, everywhere. Like dam.
Wow. I stand amazed. It takes incredible skills to mess up as consistently as they do. Is it intentional? It truly is a mystery. First, every item we ordered they had to look up at the menu to make sure it was a real thing they had. Ordered, very clearly, plain BEAN AND CHEESE, burritos. So they made bean, cheese, rice, and onion burritos. Took them back up and very clearly again said PLAIN BEAN AND CHEESE BURRITOS.... So they made us beef and cheese and onion burritos. The best thing we had was the Wendy's burger and fries we got next door. Truly a wonder the level of incompetence.

So I do not advise red sauce on anything unless you want to throw up after gastric bypass surgery I ate half a bean and cheese burrito and I was sick from the red sauce. I am left not wanting taco bell as it turned to hell by the sauce .... learned lesson and I can't do hamburger meat too greasy to make sick too the fat content is high. So needs less great or try chicken to make it work .... but my body is highly sensitive to what it will take its always fats that set me off more than sugars. But dump syndrome is real and it sucks but I can not do anything g spangles I'm done trying after throwing up twice im good. So this is a bit questionable as a choice after gastric bypass however I can do taco shop ok. It's interesting that the high fat content makes ya sicker....
Always manage to get something wrong on my order no matter how simple it is. Whether it’s the sauce, the side, or the right drink. It is a miracle if I ever receive what I ordered
