Ordered a burger meal with a six piece of nuggets with the new sauce and they didn’t even include the nuggets after I waited 15 minutes in the drive through. Pretty annoying when your getting off at work and hungry as hell. And no receipt in the bag either . And the fries are stale .

Ordered some Frosty's, they were good not the problem. The problem was the assistant manager Diane. I couldn't believe how she was talking to and treating the staff. Especially belittling them in front of customers. She needs to find a job where either she doesn't have to deal with people, or one where she isn't the boss because she is definitely on a power trip. I feel so bad for the employees at this Wendy's. One of the employees when I asked if she always talks to them like that their words were "this isn't even the worst she's been." I get people have bad days but that's no excuse for her to act the way she did, especially in front of customers.

I purchased a meal basically for the Dr.pepper I drove off take a drink about Ike it tasted so gross ,so I went back around and told her hoping to get it replaced,she explained that both machines needed maintenance so they would taste the same,but offered me a different drink.i told her no I only ordered the meal for the dr.pepper specifically-because usually that Dr.pepper is amazing from there! So I asked for a refund on my Dr.pepper she gave me a dollar and some change! Excuse me? I’m not sure why I pay 3 something for just a drink any other time! Makes nos sense to me! It will be a long time u til I go back there ,that’s for sure ! I drove to Taco Bell next door and got a Dr Pepper and it didn’t disappoint !
Key here:Don’t sell fountain drinks if your fountain machine needs maintenance!

This location had no front counter so they had us order across a wall at drive. Because of this the lady took the order wrong. She put in a biggie meal when i want the biggie bacon double meal. My wife she ordered the krabby meal to say she was not impressed is an understatement. The fries was old and tough and cold. If you ask me store 5290 should be avoided at this time.

About to give up hoping this location can produce a correct order through drive-through. Once again tonight went to this location because it was closest, drive thru was decent busy but nothing backed up. Ordered the pretzel baconator and taco salad. Got home and no chili and wrong chips for it. Tried calling up the store multiple times and got no answer. Wish this was a rare occurrence but it is getting to the point I would be more surprised if they could make an order right. This location is the epitome of the argument that fast food works do not deserve $15/ hr

They stopped serving breakfast early because they “ran out”. How do you run out of BACON when that is on everything you make?!

Me and my three children came in around 5 o’clock on Thursday 8/22/24 and I must say that it was nice to see the three younger kids up front, smiling, joking, and having fun at their job instead of looking miserable and unwelcoming! Even though the manager was grumpy And upset about whatever, The kids still made the experience enjoyable. So kudos to them kids!! (2 females and a male) They need recognition for having fun while still doing their job and putting customers first.

Where do I begin?
First off, posted hours are the hours you're supposed to be operational. Not closing 2+hours before the posted time.
Second, how hard is it to get an order correct? If someone orders a chicken sandwich plain; you don't put lettuce tomato or mayo on it. (Little hint: its the same when someone orders a burger plain).
Third, why is food cold when we get it? You sitting on precooked food past the shelf life and handing it out to people, because you don't want to cook multiple times? It's your job to cook and prepare food for paying customers. Do you like getting old cold food when you go out?

All these things happen on the regular. I'd honestly close this location or replace the entire staff. Apparently the current staff doesn't care enough to keep business running correctly.

11.49 for a son a baconator that had 1 slice of bacon. The flavor on the burger was less than edible in my opinion PUT MORE BACON please. Hope this helps

*** I hope this not only is read by the public and the GM, but also the regional manager and the owner (if a franchise) because they should want to know why this store isn't making the revenue that it should or why sales have been down.

The service is absolutely terrible here in the late evenings. They say that they are out of baked potatoes about 80% of the time. They were also out of ranch dressing that night.

They don't give you your receipt or even ask if you want one, probably so their many unhappy customers can't complain.

The drive-thru menu sign is always off as well. There are not many lights on after a certain time because they want you to think that they are closed. Then why be open that late? Just close. I am talking about at least an hour to an hour and a half before their stated closing time.

Recently, on two different occasions, there has been a worker standing very close to the window at the first drive thru window (after they close that register) just standing there with his head down. I'm not sure if he was on his phone, having mental health issues, or was placed in time out (yes, I'm serious). That was just weird.

So, the new nuggs... are a joke. They are their regular chicken nuggets drizzled with a tiny bit of sauce. It's not a better piece of chicken like other stores' common boneless wings, just nuggets. Didn't even look like the chicken in the menu picture.

If you do order anything that needs to be eaten with a fork, then you should not only ask for it but make sure that it is in your bag before you drive away. Otherwise, you won't get it, and you probably won't get any napkins either.
