Not enough people working there. We went at 1:30 in the afternoon. Were only two people ahead of us in line but we had to wait at least 15 minutes to be waited on. The teenager at the register was also putting the orders on the trays.
Most Employees we're not wearing gloves. There was also no ice and no ketchup and no one had time to restock them. Inside was not that busy but they didn't have a lot of drive-through orders. Food was good.

This experience at this location was horrible. The host was Diego was polite and respectful. The review is more pointed to the back of house. I ordered a plain Baconator Double - only meat, cheese and bacon. The BOH staff incorrectly made the order putting condiments on it. After another staff member asked if it was plain she then acknowledged that it wasn't. Instead of just making a new one. She decided that it was okay to just wipe the condiments off the patty and change buns and proceeded to put the order in the bag and hand it to me. I heard the same employee that asked if it was plain asking are you worried. BoH said im not worried. After inspecting the meal I promptly gave it back and told them it was supposed to be plain. BoH said its plain that's what you ordered. I showed her the smeared condiments and she corrected it that time. I asked Diego who that employee was and was told that she was manager Dianna. My experience showed me that this location has zero concern for food allergies. And poor BOH service. Restaurant number # 00005290

Drive through. Ordered #1, single w cheese, sandwich only, just ketchup and heavy onions. What I got was a single w cheese with everything on it.. Patty was almost raw, threw 3/4 of it in the trash. Double checked my receipt. The order wasn't even taken correctly. Dr Pepper barely tasted like Dr Pepper. Ambivalent server at drive through window. I'm traveling so couldn't go back. Won't be returning - ever. Will be stopping at Arby's at very next exit instead.

Amazing burger!! I added a side of the classic sweet and sour sauce and it really completed my meal. My husband and I decided to stop by, the experience made up for a cruddy meal earlier on in our day. Great staff! Happy to see smiling faces!

First time in my 18 years of going to this same Wendy’s have I been given the worst Caesar salad. In a small square container I was given a handful of shredded iceberg lettuce about a tablespoon of cheese and my chicken was just placed on top of my salad unsliced. Very disappointed to say the least

Never knew a cheeseburger was suppose to be cold

Ketchup bar was empty@130 restaurant was dirty .wife’s chicken strip where still pink and response was we cook it the required amount of time .French fries where cold while waiting on chicken to cook on original orders asked for warm fries young lady then got an attitude . That is when wife got her order and uncooked chicken. Worst Wendi’s experience ever.instead of spending money on new restaurants maybe train your employees
