McDonald's in Pittsburg

“Landed at this McDonald's on a Wednesday evening, using the automated ordering system inside to place an order for a couple of Big Mac's and an order of fries. The wait time approached fifteen plus minutes. All the staff were working feverishly and politely, yet they seemed to be dysfunctional as a team. They did apologize for the wait. The men's restroom was in need of service (politely saying). The food was up to my standard for the expectations of McDonald's/fast food.“

“I usually don’t write reviews, but I wanted to shoutout the manager on shift and the team from today at around 2 PM! Our app completely glitched and the store never got our online order. We had been charged and points were redacted. We ended up placing a second order and paid for it in full. We went back through the drive thru and we were just going to ask how we can get a refund for the OG order, but they took quick action and just gave us both orders. The manager was so kind and helpful along with the lady working the cash register. I felt bad for taking up their time and holding up the line, but they never gave us attitude and they were just so kind. They all worked so fast as well. I’m also 32 weeks pregnant and was CRAVING a snack wrap lol. They were so good and now I have a few wraps for my later cravings haha. Thank you team!!!“
