“There was a gentleman named Vance who was working in the dining room. He was going above and beyond to make sure every single table was doing okay and taking care of the dining room to make sure it was clean. He was one of the most pleasant people I've ever encountered in a McDonald's in almost 49 years and deserves to be acknowledged and praised for his work ethic and attitude.“

And then on even rarer occasions, defeated, you go buy food at the gas station next door and then when you get in your car, mcdonald's turns all their lights on and a line forms at the drive thru.
