“I always have good experiences here when I go to this location. They're usually pretty quick, even in the drive thru at rush hour times. And as of yet, have never gotten my order wrong. I don't go here often, but I have been going here for 20 years and everything at this store has always been pretty consistent.“
“Five stars I give these people I come out of town and we’re staying at a hotel next to them. Their lobby was closed but their drive-through was open and I was walking and they allowed me to walk through the drive-through got me through so I didn’t get run over and got me my food and was awesome and just great about everything. Definitely recommend these people awesome at McDonald’s.“

Of course, it’s still McDonald’s food, so what else were you people expecting? But it being made by people who have some customer service skills under the belt helps a lot. “I usually get breakfast here, the woman taking orders and c the guy with a beard are wonderful, never a problem. BUT, why is it always closed at night? I drive by every night about 930 and its always closed, all the lights are off, dark, no parking lot lights either.“
“On Tuesday morning Fayetteville residences in the Crossover area lost power due to the storms the night before. The McDonald's on Crossover had so many customers car lines wrapped around the corner. The dining room area jammed packed. When I tell you the GM manager handle the rush and large crowd with a great smile and sense of humor. It was a great pleasure to see the team work none stop constantly during my visit to ensure that every customer was taken care of. I'm sure there were some grumpy people because of the situation. Overall I give them a 10 out of 5. That's how satisfied was when I left.“
