McDonald's in Branson

“It's a McDonald's, so we weren't expecting much, obviously. But the service here is amazing both times we visited! Extremely polite and helpful even when busy. In fact, they were still super polite and nice when we knew they were stressed from a fellow employee being a no call, no show 1st thing in the morning. (Which we only knew because the person who got there like 2 minutes ahead of us knew one of the workers and we overheard.) No complaining, no excuses, just great service! Kudos!“

“We go to Mc Donald’s on Branson Hills most every morning. Megan is the best drive thur person there. Always kind and very always makes you feel welcome. We look forward to her every time we come and she’s always there and cheerful. Megan is one of the best you have.“

“Ok, first of all I went here on Labor Day weekend for breakfast and there were about 20 cars in the drive thru and the inside was packed. People were irritated they weren’t getting their food fast enough but I don’t think anyone who drove past an overflowing drive thru and an inside that looked like they were selling early copies of GTA6 thought that they were going to be in and out of there in 10 minutes. Was it a bummer? Sure, but the staff was working hard and food was coming out. I appreciated the workers and was disappointed in the public’s reaction to not getting what they wanted when they wanted it. A+ for the staff and a D- for the public. Our order was accurate, the staff was nice, the dining area was clean.“
