Whoever was working as supervisor or manager tonight did AMAZING! He was friendly & encouraging to his whole crew. He was making sure everything was moving as quickly as possibly even with the drive thru and lobby being busy. Excellent customer service as well! A+++
Went for coffee drinks inside.
Phone is not working. Ordered through the app and my order was cancelled for whatever reason. Was told I needed to be on property to order through the app and they can’t fix the app since a third party. Order keep getting messed up while I am waiting. Another woman is just frustrated but we are still being nice. I see why it’s three stars. The managers attitude is very weird. If you hate your job you should just quit. The restaurant has two drive-through windows for quick ordering, and mobile ordering is available. Parking is ample, especially on the 76 strip. Inside, the atmosphere may sometimes smell like cigarette smoke, and service can be slow on busy days. Overall, McDonald's continues to provide good food and a convenient location for visitors and locals alike.
