“Food is better than most McDonald's, and a few months ago, they hired a young lady named Hannah, who is a customer service Queen. She has an aura about her that is so warm and welcoming. She is well spoken, and extremely polite. Clearly a very intelligent young lady, and no matter how slammed they are, always exudes, calmness and patience.
I'm going to tell yall right now, you should take amazing care of this rising Star, because every service, and hospitality manager in the USA is going to try and steal her. I know 2 that have already, and she remained loyal to her brand and has only improved.
It seems that this McDonald's as a whole, seems to elevate its Game when she's working. Great young lady. The rest of the staff seems to be improving, as well.“

5/3/26 ordered the berry sprite no ice extra foam cashier lady awesome the guy that is handing out the orders very friendly everyone working but not paying to close attention cause they didn't add it on top of that they add reg cold foam instead of the birthday cake im like come on but I have 2 use this location its closer“

“I would like to thank the McDonald’s team for the excellent service I received tonight. The young lady who took my order was very kind and patient, and the lady who handed me my food was incredibly sweet and friendly.
After having a busy day, it was truly a pleasure to be treated with such kindness and genuine hospitality. I was there sometime between 9:00 and 10:00 p.m., and the experience made the end of my day much more enjoyable.

“No one in line at all and the staff has been directed to work with customers to order from the kiosk. It takes more time than ordering at the counter and nothing I'm interested in, especially when I'm paying cash. You're wasting everyone's time. Get rid of the stupid kiosks and take orders at the counter. I want to thank the kind employee for going ahead and taking my order at the counter, the way it should be.“
