“We eat breakfast here quite frequently, enough that a few of the employees know "our usual order" the service is always fast and the employees are friendly and polite and they will hold food for us when we call and say we're on our way.“
“The only problem I had was after ordering and paying I noticed I was over charged. They have a special 2 pies for $2.50 but was charged $3.09 (what's sad they used to be 2 for a dollar ?). After you pay it is kinda hard to get a refund if you are over charged especially if they are busy.“
“Amazing service! The manager and staff were so helpful today! In a hectic social climate it's nice to come with our grandson and feel welcomed and peace. We will be returning and our grandsons love the playroom and the staff is so friendly and patient. very clean and the food is awesome EVERY time we visit. “I go through the drive thru a lot. This is 1 out of 2 McDonald's in Fortsmith that doesn't mess up my order. They also have the best fries out of all the McDonald's on Fortsmith and Vanburen, if you like fries that are always hot, crunchy, and fresh. The wait is usually longer than normal but other than that 8/10“
“On my visit, the location was very clean and well-kept. Almost all fast-food stores struggle to have enough experienced workers. On this particular visit, the newness of the team was evident. That observation would exist for most similar McDonald's stores or their competitors. The food was as expected - the (3 stars) I give may be unfair. Compared to other stores within the chain, the food would be rated higher. Compared to competitor fast food brands, McD overall menu and tastiness are lower (to me). But, location is a big plus. Easy-to-get-to locations are better when quick is a high priority. For this busy/traffic area, the location is easy to get to.“
“They two women behind the main desk are amazing I don't remember both the names but the lady that fitted me for my uniform Barbara was very nice the other lady ago I cannot remember her name was extremely nice as well. Thanks for the cold water the walk back was 2 miles“
“They've been having staffing issues lately, so it took longer than usual for mickey D's. Food is what you expected it to be (great), and the service is always great here in Waldron (super props to the young petite woman who works the counter). Super clean as always.Parking: Not a lot of room to park, but that's not McDonald's fault.“
“I can't say enough good about this McDonald's restaurant. In a time where many fast food restaurants have gone down in customer service and quality, it is very refreshing to see places that still care. The quality of food is always fresh and delicious here. The staff is courteous and friendly. Highly recommend!“
