McDonald's in Fort Smith

“I arrived at this McDonald's mid afternoon and decided to opt for curbside takeout. I went into the restaurant and evaluated the location before my food was finished being prepared. I observed a clean store, bathroom and staff hard at work communicating to each other on drive thru orders. The atmosphere and lighting felt warm and comforting. I arrived outside to my curbside pickup and shortly after my food arrived. The gentleman that gave me my order was pleasant to speak with and engaged in small banter conversation before he returned to his work. When I received my food I checked it and was pleased to have received my food hot, fries salted well, and my drink's CO² and syrup was balanced correctly. I give this overall experience a 5/5. Well done at this location! Thank you guys and girls for all your hard work!“

“Love their workers. I come here early in the morning for the same thing and they make their breakfast better than any other McDonalds in fort Smith. I usually order an iced coffee in the mornings and I tried this one instead of the one on Rogers and it tasted so much better. They're staff is also so lively and kind, it makes my mornings.“

“If your timing is right, this drive thru not always, but a lot offers piping hot fresh fries!! There is nothing better than getting fresh and piping hot fries from McDonald’s. Yes, there ice cream machine is always broken or in the middle of being repaired, BUT I do have to admit that they have the French fry part nailed down.“

“Yoooooooo this is the best experience I’ve had at a McDonalds ever. It was late. I was tired and not expecting much. But Logan was kind and patient with me. They even had fresh cookies available. I’m in Fort Smith often and going forward if I want McDonalds I’d drive across town to go to this one. Side note: The apple pies were so fresh they were even good in the morning.“

“They two women behind the main desk are amazing I don't remember both the names but the lady that fitted me for my uniform Barbara was very nice the other lady ago I cannot remember her name was extremely nice as well. Thanks for the cold water the walk back was 2 miles“

“I truly wish I could remember the team members names but I have to give a shout out to them at the drive thru window for this location. They are super friendly, they answer our questions in a personable way, and anytime there’s been a mistake come up they are understanding and graceful and correct it quickly! We don’t come across fast food workers like them very often so I’d like to acknowledge their politeness“

“In passing by from NWA to Shreveport, this place was clean, staff was friendly and they had self serve drink machines still! Also, their iced coffee was really good compared to other locations. It didn't have a dirty taste or gritty texture at the bottom. We would definitely stop here again if we find ourselves in the area. Thanks!“

“I really liked coming tonight. I came at 1:00am in the morning and surprisingly the line wasn’t busy like it usually is after normal closing time. The people at the windows were really nice too. The second window had Jordan at it and he was so nice and we had a nice little conversation while we were waiting for our food. Me and my fiancé had just come from the hospital and it was nice to not have to wait long and be greeted with nice people.“
