“My debit card was not working so I scooped all my change, was starving because debit card didn't work all day. I went in with some change to get only food I'd had all day at 6:31 pm. Mcdonalds employee with long hair and Grey shirt paid for my food out of his own wallet and took the little change I had and gave me a meal double cheese burger and small fry. This gentleman should be assigned with the greats of history. Good people still exist. Thank you sir. Who ever you are. I was so hungry I didn't catch the name. Just had to eat. Thank you again sir.“

“For once, my food was well done. Not sloppy. And still hot. There were a couple of cars in front of me, but everything seemed to move smoothly. I ordered a $3 McDouble bundle and my fries were fairly hot, but definitely oversalted for my tastes.“
“I went through the overnight drive-thru at about 1230 and was told cash only. When I asked why, the lady explained it was because every McDonald's systems restart at midnight and everything from ordering food, to drinks has to be done manually....even with a calculator. Mobile orders, she explained, ca. Ot be pulled through since it is the same system for regular orders. DoorDash and Uber Eats come through their system and can be picked up. She further explained some nights (busier days) can take longer, some days as quickly as 30 minutes. Her recommendation? Go at 1130 or after 2. Or use Doordash. Don't want to wait? Don't go. Really wa t those fries? Be patient. (5 for service bc she took the time and explained it to me which she didn't have to do.)“
“Usually go through drive-thru line was too long decided to go into order. My how things have changed You no longer go up to the counter to place your order they have all the automated computerized kiosks. That never used one before had no idea what I was doing couldn't get my order in went up to the counter asked the nice gentleman behind the counter if he could please help me as I did not know what I was doing. He came out walked me over he taught me from point A to point z how to place my order, how to customize my order such as no lettuce on my Big Mac. Instead of a soda with a meal he showed me how to change my drink and not get double charged. He made sure I understood everything my order was exactly as I wanted it. This employee was the most polite professional patient employee I have ever come across out of McDonald's. I go to this McDonald's quite often as I said I'm always in the drive-thru I never go in but now since this man instructed me I will have no problem going inside to get my order. I highly recommend this McDonald's it was a fantastic experience. And that kind employee made my day and demonstrated that there are still so very good polite people that are willing to help others and by the way I'm a 66-year-old disabled senior citizen who walks with a cane. This man even offered to help me carry my order out to my car. This is the best McDonald's“
