McDonald's in Springdale

“I don't usually eat or rate any McDonalds, but today I am making a change. From the moment I walked in this is a different McDs in the evening. The past visit was muddled with issues, from the employees to the food (that's another time). When I walked in they were not busy, and even greeted me with a smile and a welcome. I did order at the kiosk but the woman at the front asked me if I needed any help with anything (a welcome change). After I ordered the food came out fairly quickly and the woman brought it to me, asking if I had any issues to please let them know (another welcome change). The food was hot and looked different, like good different, fresh almost. All of it was great, the fries crispy and hot, the sandwich hot and had flavor. After all was said and done and I got up to leave the woman at the front thanked me and wished me a good night, and to please come back. I travel for a living and don't get that kind of service at sit down restaurants most of the time. To the owners, keep these employees and make them trainers for others at your restaurants. Thanks!“

“There was a misunderstanding with an order I had on Monday, but today Alicia took the time to carefully review everything and resolved it with amazing customer service. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and made sure to clearly explain each step while addressing all of my concerns. I truly applaud her professionalism and the positive attitude she maintained throughout the entire interaction. She made me feel heard and valued as a customer, and I really appreciate the extra effort she put into making things right.“

“The morning crew is so nice! Can’t imagine how hard they have to work because this McDonald’s is in a super high traffic area. But I try to drive through for breakfast when I can get in from time to time and everyone is just so kind and professional. It’s refreshing. I’m greeting better and treated better at this drive through than most sit down places. Keep smiling morning crew you guys are killin it“
