I purchased 3 soups and a salad spent $21 and saw the sign .99 cookie with lunch or dinner entree + drink purchase. I realized I didn’t purchase a drink but did make a food purchase. They denied me the purchase of a .99 cookie..really Panera? Poor customer service in my opinion plus the meal wasn’t that good either.
Wonderful staff and service always! Always a clean establishment! The food always looks beautiful!!�
The food just wasn't as good. I love the broccoli cheese soup, but it tasted scorched. The new mango smoothie made now with Greek yogurt, tastes like plain yogurt with no fruit at all. Just pure disappointment paying 30 bucks for soups & drinks! You took my favorite salad off the menu too �
