We highly anticipated dining here. Our table was the closest table to door so we were barely inside dining room. It was extremely loud acoustics making it difficult to have a conversation. We ordered the peach tomato shareable and just a handful small bites of peach. The waiter seemed to forget about us most of the night but it also seemed like he had a lot of tables. This is truly a gem! They really live up to their name with everything made from scratch, including their cocktail sauce, and the fresh seafood. We found the food to be really great value for how fresh the food was and the quality of the ingredients . The very welcoming owner comes around to each table to say hi and we even got to meet the Chef who is trained at Michelin star Saison in San Francisco, but came back home to his roots here in Kansas.
