Recommended by a friend, I stopped in while driving back to Joplin. I chose a ham sandwich and they asked if it was okay if the fresh ham was still warm? Still warm?! Yes! Just wheat bread cheese lettuce and ham. I don't eat pie and there was fresh peach pie or cobbler? on the counter. I bought that too. The ham sandwich did not require condiments. I would have had just a plate of ham if I had known how good it was. I also ate the pie. It was so GOOD!
We love stopping in at the store anytime we are in the area for the best sandwiches and soda!
I'm terrible with names so I can't give his name, but tonight I ran in to order 2 sandwiches right at 7 p.m. (google site said they were open until 8p.m. so I thought I had time.) As I walked back to the deli counter, I could see the worker cleaning the meat shaver and I asked if it was too late to order a sandwich.
