Kaarage has a wonderful crunch and not too chewy interior. Paired with the spicy mayo for a sweet kick. The ramen broth was savory and pork belly was crispy on its outer layer but melts in your mouth soon after. Tonkatsu as it should be, a cozy and relaxing experience. Noodles were firm but not overcooked.Great experience. Would dine here again!“
