“On December 3rd about 12:30 during a busy lunch I came in with a group of 6 ladies and me being a manager of a restaurant before I can't help but notice things and on that note this experience was Awesome! Everybody was working hard and working as a team the entire restaurant was clean the floors were clean even the BOH floors in front of the fryers in prep area we're clean and when you have the the whole group of ladies noticing the cleanliness of the bathroom that's pretty impressive and this is besides the hot fresh ready great meals we received! I don't know who manages this place but they should be very proud of their crew they are fantastic!“

“Staff was friendly and helpful. Food was decent and tacos were well filled. Tacos are standard fare Taco Johns. Potato Oles are good and I request them unseasoned to keep the salt down. No frills, no surprises. A much better option than Taco Bell, but still lacking when compared to other mexican restaurants. I wouldn’t normally compare a place like Taco Johns to a Mexican sit down restaurant, but taco John’s has now raised their prices and it is as much if not more in price than a sit down restaurant. Ok food but prices are way too high for what you get.“

Parking: There’s so many spots it’s almost indescribable, but really, there’s plenty of spots

Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, it is super wheelchair accessible. For example, a wheelchair will pull up to the parking lot and then you’ll see a blue sign with a picture of them on it usually close to the entrance but there’s only a few steps not too many to lift them up. Hopefully we get those hovering wheelchairs real soon. It’s gonna be a game changer.“

“First I will note that no fast food place will ever get a 5 star rating simply because the employees are not paid a living wage, eventhough pay has increased(with inflation has it really tho?) which detracts motivation and rightly so. They function primarily as a quick and cheap service which never can equate to quality. However, with this in mind and in other words if you are not completely oblivious to reality and how/why service from these places are a "get what you pay for" grading scale experience then this place really only has an easily overwhelmed(as in slow when busy) issue that I wouldn't be surprised is more due to being understaff and overworked but again that is only my speculation knowing that corporate greed only increases over time and the typical wide spread corporate strategy is to cut cost and labor to an extreme and barely sustainable level for as long as possible and when the place finally becomes unsustainable they discard people like they're nothing and either remodel and reopen or they relocate and thus the cycle repeats. Or I'm wrong. Whichever you want to believe this establishment is an average and acceptable place to acquire cheap food.“

“Awesome customer service. I ordered and the order came incorrectly. I called and they had my corrected order at my house in less than 15 minutes! Both the person on the phone and the driver apologized profusely and were super helpful.“

“There was a blizzard warning and this was the only place open. There was ONE employee and a ton of people in line. It took over an hour and a half to be able to order, but the guy behind the counter was working as fast as he possibly could. I felt so bad that he was all alone (I know I would be frustrated).
