Good food but it took over 35 minutes to get our food. Five different people ordered after us and got their order first. The fries were not hot and were limp. Not the usual hot and crisp. One of the employees began cussing out the manager. There is obviously a morale problem. With five people on duty service should have been faster and more organized.

It was really good, but the employees do not communicate and they donât listen when youâre giving them the order I want extra caramel in my shake that he didnât pass it on to the crew. Every time I come to Five Guys itâs a great time, but today it was just EXCEPTIONAL. I walked in with a bad attitude as I hadnât felt good all day and I was just getting home for the day. As soon as I stepped in the door Juan was there to greet me with huge energy and a big smile. Throughout my order and me waiting for it to be done, the staff was extremely friendly and engaging in conversation. Asking me about my day, clarifying how I want everything bagged, just truly above and beyond. Throughout my time at five guys today I saw Juan engaging in convo with other customers there, cleaning up the area, and making sure I was good. He even held the door for me on the way out! Itâs young men like Juan and great people like the rest of the staff that make a customer for life! Could not recommend the Five Guys in Salina enough!
